My Aunt Stacey is the one person I know that has shown extreme amounts of fortitude. Recently, her mom passed away pretty tragically and unexpected. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain of losing my mom. Soooooo, today I drove up to La Plata to help her with some office work and tried to be a nice distraction for her :)
Proud to say it was a success! Along with helping her with office work, we talked a lot and ate some delicious chocolate covered strawberries from the edible arrangement she received... GOD BLESS the person who sent those! She said today was the first day she has smiled in awhile! I'm really happy I was there for her in a time that she needed someone the most.
Today just goes to show... it's the little things that count and can make someone's day.
